書中的指法編撰內容，主要融合了法國Jean-Marc Rollez和義大利Franco Petracchi兩位低音提琴名家的教學法寫作而成。在指法的使用上，邏輯結構清楚易懂，並容易學習與記憶。此教本對於低音提琴學習者的基礎練習，以及追求演奏技術增進上，都是一本很實用的工具書。本教本在24個大小調之編撰，除了收錄西方作曲家的作品譜例，同時也廣納台灣民謠與歌曲於其中。（說明及譜例註釋由中英法德四種語言編寫。）

This book is offered to those who are learning double bass.

The fingering in this book is mainly a combination of the pedagogy from two famous double bassists, French musician Jean-Marc Rollez and Italian musician Franco Petracchi. The logical structure of this usage of fingering is clear, and it’s easy to understand, to learn, and to remember. This is a practical reference to double bass players for the basic training exercise and enhancing performance skills. For all major and minor scales, not only western compositions but also Taiwanese ballads and folk music are selected. We hope these selections would encourage the players’ motive and pleasure from learning.
